For some reason I wasn't quite satisfied with the way programs were launched from the start menu, so I decided to make this gadget: a customizable application launcher. It has two appearances: either as a small floating window, or as a top-level menubar on top of the screen. Fully customizable application menus can be standard popups or small floating windows.
